Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Zero cancellation charges before 48 hours
• Any cancellation within 24 hours of proposed check-in or no show will attract a day’s tariff as charges
• Booking processing charges of 2% will be levied on all the refunds in addition to Cancellation charges if any. The same will be credited to the same bank account/Credit card account which was used for reservation. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT IN CASH/CHEQUE.
• Booking done on Internet Booking Engine should be cancelled via Internet Booking Engine only.
• Refund on cancellation will be processed within 7 working days.
